SUNBATHER INTAGLIO RELIEFS

             In 2008 I made a few reliefs based on water themes (buoys, sailing),  During the Winter of 2008-9 I continued that theme with a series of color -beach/park inspired small (6" square) reliefs of sunbather figures.  They are simple, cartoon like icons that allowed me to explore various iterations of figure in landscape.  I have made latex molds of most of them and produced copies in various colors and all white with small background variations.  Here are some of them.
